About These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the pre-launch coming-soon website of Malak Al-Ilm (malakalilm.com), operated by Angel Dev S.A.S.

By accessing the website, browsing its content, submitting the signup form, or participating in the launch sweepstakes, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These Terms are provided in three languages: Arabic (العربية), French (Français), and English. All three versions are equally authoritative. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Arabic version prevails for users residing in Morocco; the French version prevails for users in other French-speaking jurisdictions.

Important: These Terms apply only to the pre-launch coming-soon page. A separate, comprehensive Terms of Service will govern the main learning platform when it launches on September 1, 2026.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
This site is for adults only (18+). It is not directed at children.
All content, characters, and brand elements belong to Angel Dev S.A.S.
Signing up does not guarantee access to the platform when it launches.
We run a sweepstakes (100 free annual subscriptions). Full rules are in Section 8 of this document.
Moroccan law governs these Terms. Disputes go to the courts of Casablanca.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the malakalilm.com website in any manner (browsing, submitting the form, clicking the WhatsApp button, entering the sweepstakes), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you are using the site on behalf of another person (for example, your child or a family member), you also represent that you are legally authorized to do so.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, please do not use the site.

2. About This Page

This page is the pre-launch page for the Malak Al-Ilm platform. It serves only three purposes:

(a) Providing preliminary information about the platform before its official launch.

(b) Allowing parents and schools to register their information to receive a launch notification and obtain early access.

(c) Hosting a promotional sweepstakes awarding 100 winners a free annual subscription (full details in Section 8).

Platform launch date: September 1, 2026.

Angel Dev S.A.S. commits to this date. However, force majeure provisions (as recognized under Moroccan law and international practice) remain applicable in cases of exceptional events outside our reasonable control (natural disasters, binding government decisions, major Internet infrastructure outages, and similar events).

3. Who Can Use This Page

This page is intended exclusively for adults (18 years of age and over).

You may use the signup form according to the following:

• Parents tab: reserved for fathers, mothers, legal guardians, or adult family members (siblings, aunts, uncles, etc.) wishing to register a child from their household.

• Schools tab: reserved for directors, teachers, or administrators officially authorized to register on behalf of their educational institution.

If you are under 18 years of age, please do not use the signup form. The pre-launch page is not directed at children.

We reserve the right to reject any registration that does not meet the eligibility requirements, or that appears to us to be fraudulent, automated, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

You are permitted to do the following on this page:

• Browse the content displayed on the page for personal and non-commercial purposes.

• Fill out and submit the signup form to receive the launch notification and/or to enter the promotional sweepstakes.

• Click the WhatsApp button to get in touch with us.

• Take screenshots for personal use or for press coverage purposes.

• Share the page link (https://malakalilm.com) on social media and in communications.

• Contact us by email (contact@malakalilm.com or schools@malakalilm.com as appropriate).

5. Prohibited Use

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or modifying any Malak Al-Ilm character, illustration, background image, or visual content on the page.

• Using the "ملاك العلم" or "Malak Al-Ilm" trademark, logo, or any of our characters for commercial or promotional purposes, without express written authorization from Angel Dev S.A.S.

• Creating fake accounts, providing inaccurate information, or attempting to circumvent the site's mechanisms.

• Using automated programs (bots), robots, or any technical means to submit multiple requests or to extract data from the site (scraping).

• Attempting to hack the site, introducing viruses, malware, or any code that could harm the site or its users.

• Submitting via the form or the WhatsApp button any content that is insulting, defamatory, violent, pornographic, or infringes on third-party rights.

• Using the site for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable Moroccan or international laws.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in:

• Cancellation of your registration and exclusion from the sweepstakes

• Banned access to the platform at launch

• Legal action in accordance with Moroccan law

6. Intellectual Property

All content presented on this page, including but not limited to:

• The trade name "ملاك العلم" / "Malak Al-Ilm" and the logo

• The 15 original characters: Najma, Younes, Fatima, Badr, Malak Al-Ilm (mascot), Letika, Argan, Omar, Zahra, Rashid, Noor, Sami, Lina, Yesemi, Jabir

• All illustrations, gateways, arches, backgrounds, and images

• All text, slogans, designs, brand colors, and visual elements

• The website's source code and software architecture

is the exclusive property of Angel Dev S.A.S. and is protected by:

• Moroccan Industrial Property Law (Law No. 17-97 as amended)

• Moroccan Copyright and Related Rights Law (Law No. 2-00)

• International intellectual property conventions (Berne Convention, WIPO)

The "Malak Al-Ilm™" trademark is in the process of official registration. Any use of it or of our characters without express written authorization from Angel Dev S.A.S. constitutes intellectual property infringement and exposes the violator to legal proceedings.

License granted to you: we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use this page solely for the purposes permitted in Section 4.

By submitting the signup form, you:

• Represent that you are an adult (18 years of age or older) and authorized to provide the data you have entered.

• Represent that the information you provided is true, accurate, and up to date.

• Authorize us to contact you about the platform launch, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Agree that your registration does not guarantee you early access to the platform at launch. Early access is at the sole discretion of Angel Dev S.A.S. and may be subject to additional terms announced later.

• Understand that the details of the Founding Schools Program may change before launch. We will inform registered institutions of the final terms in a timely manner.

• Agree to receive a confirmation email upon registration, an information email at launch, and possibly periodic update messages. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in each email.

8. SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

This section sets out the complete official rules of the Malak Al-Ilm Pre-Launch Sweepstakes. By participating, you agree to be bound by these rules in full.

8.1 Organizer

This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, or any other social media platform.

8.2 Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins on the date of official publication of the pre-launch page (date to be announced on the site and on social media) and ends on:

August 31, 2026 — at 23:59 Casablanca time (GMT+1)

Any entry received after this date will not be eligible for the draw, but may still serve to receive the launch notification.

The draw will be held on September 1, 2026 — the official platform launch day.

8.3 Eligibility

Eligible to participate in the sweepstakes is any person who:

(a) Is at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.

(b) Is a parent, legal guardian, or adult family member (sibling, aunt, uncle, grandparent) of a child who could benefit from the platform.

(c) Submits a valid registration via the official form on malakalilm.com (Parents tab).

(d) Meets the social media participation requirements (see Section 8.4).

(e) Is not a member of the following categories:

• Employees of Angel Dev S.A.S. and their immediate families

• Direct business partners of Angel Dev on this project and their families

• Suppliers or contractors involved in organizing the sweepstakes

Educational institutions do not participate in this sweepstakes. Schools have a dedicated program called the "Founding Schools Program" with separate benefits.

The sweepstakes is open internationally, with the exception of countries or jurisdictions where this type of sweepstakes is legally prohibited.

8.4 How to Enter

To enter the sweepstakes, participants must complete all of the following steps:

(1) Website registration: fill out and submit the "Parents" form on malakalilm.com with accurate and truthful information, and check the consent box for these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

(2) On Instagram:

• Follow the official @malakalilm account

• "Like" the specific giveaway post

• Leave a comment on the giveaway post

(3) On Facebook:

• Follow (Like) the official Malak Al-Ilm Page

• "Like" the specific giveaway post

• Leave a comment on the giveaway post

Note: Sharing the post with friends is encouraged but not required for entry. We are not legally permitted to require sharing as a condition of entry under Meta's guidelines.

Each participant is entitled to only one registration (one email address). Multiple entries from the same person or the same email will be disqualified.

Participation is free of charge. No purchase or payment is required. To participate without registering via the online form, you may send a written request by postal mail containing your full name, email address, phone number, and a written acceptance of these Terms, to our address listed in Section 8.1. Postal entries are accepted only in exceptional cases.

8.5 The Prize

100 winners will be selected.

Each winner will receive:

• A free subscription for one full year (12 months) to the Malak Al-Ilm platform

• The subscription is for one child from the winner's household

• Access to all content and features available in the standard individual subscription tier at launch

Estimated value: equivalent to a standard annual individual subscription to the Malak Al-Ilm platform. The final price of the annual subscription will be announced at the official launch.

The prize is:

• Non-transferable to another person

• Non-redeemable for cash

• Non-substitutable for another product or service

• Must be used within 12 months of launch (September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027)

Any local taxes or fees applicable to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

8.6 Drawing of Winners

The drawing will take place on September 1, 2026 — the official launch day of the Malak Al-Ilm platform.

Drawing method:

• Impartial random drawing from all eligible entries (those that met all requirements in Section 8.4).

• The draw is conducted via a documented and verifiable method (certified random number generator, or with witnesses, or before a notary if appropriate).

• Angel Dev S.A.S. reserves the right to record the drawing on video and publish an excerpt.

The list of winners will be officially announced:

• On official accounts: Instagram (@malakalilm), Facebook, and WhatsApp Business

• On the website: malakalilm.com

• By email notification to each winner

Only the first names and the initial of the last name of the winners will be publicly announced (e.g., "Sara M. — Casablanca") to protect their privacy. No sensitive data will be disclosed without their consent.

8.7 Notification and Claiming the Prize

Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing date (no later than September 8, 2026).

The winner must:

• Respond to the email notification within 30 days of receipt (deadline: October 7, 2026).

• Provide the information needed to activate the child's subscription on the platform (first name, age, grade level).

• Confirm acceptance of the prize and these Rules.

If the winner does not respond within 30 days, the prize is deemed forfeited, and a substitute winner is selected from a reserve list drawn at the same time as the main winners.

We never request any payment, any banking information, or any sensitive data from winners. If you receive a message asking for these, it is fraudulent and must be reported to us immediately.

8.8 Disqualification

Angel Dev S.A.S. reserves the right to disqualify any participant in the following cases:

• Provision of false or inaccurate information in the form

• Creation of multiple accounts or use of fictitious email addresses

• Use of automated programs (bots) to participate

• Violation of Meta guidelines or other social media policies

• Attempt to circumvent sweepstakes mechanisms

• Failure to meet the eligibility requirements in Section 8.3

• Violation of any provision of the general terms of the site

The disqualification decision by Angel Dev S.A.S. is final and not subject to appeal. The disqualified participant cannot claim any compensation.

8.9 Liability Release

By participating in this sweepstakes, you acknowledge that:

• This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or WhatsApp.

• You expressly release Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and all other social media platforms from any liability arising from or related to this sweepstakes.

• Angel Dev S.A.S. is not responsible for any technical malfunction, data loss, network delay, or any other cause preventing your participation or your receipt of a winning notification.

• In the event of a force majeure event preventing the holding of the drawing or the delivery of prizes on the scheduled date, Angel Dev S.A.S. reserves the right to postpone the drawing, modify its terms, or cancel it, without any compensation owed to participants.

9. Third-Party Services

The site uses a limited number of third-party services (Cloudflare, Zoho Mail, Google Fonts, Plausible Analytics, WhatsApp). Your use of the site implies tacit acceptance of the terms of use of these services to the extent you interact with them.

Angel Dev S.A.S. is not responsible for the policies of these third parties, nor for any damage that may result from their use.

10. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranty of absolute accuracy of information displayed

• Warranty of continuous, uninterrupted availability

• Warranty of freedom from technical errors or viruses

• Warranty of compatibility with all devices and browsers

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy and security of information, but we assume no responsibility for:

• Any typographical error, information gap, or outdated information

• Any temporary unavailability of the site

• Any loss or damage resulting from your use of the site

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, Angel Dev S.A.S. is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damage resulting from your use of the site

• Any loss of profit, data, or business opportunities

• Any moral damages

If our liability is legally established, our maximum liability is limited to the amount equivalent to what you have paid to Angel Dev S.A.S. in the six months preceding the triggering event. Since this page is free, this amount is set at zero (0) dirhams.

This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from gross negligence or intentional fault by Angel Dev S.A.S., in accordance with Article 232 of the Moroccan Code of Obligations and Contracts.

12. Modifications to These Terms

Angel Dev S.A.S. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect:

• Legal or regulatory changes

• Improvements to the site or services

• Feedback from users or competent authorities

Substantial modifications will be announced on the homepage of the site and by email to registered users.

The "last updated" date always appears at the top of the document.

Continued use of the site after modifications constitutes tacit acceptance of the new version.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.

In the event of any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of these Terms, the parties first commit to seeking an amicable resolution via:

• Duration of amicable negotiations: 30 days

Failing an amicable agreement within 30 days, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

Language of proceedings: Arabic and/or French (official languages of Moroccan justice).

This clause does not exclude the right of European consumers to bring matters before the courts of their country of residence, where required by European law.
